My Best of 2005 List

Here's my list. Criteria used to judge? I had to personally like them and they had to have some mainstream appeal.

The first ten pretty much comprise my 10 favorite songs of the year... the following 20 make up a free-for-all of songs that are placed in no super particular order, but that I absolutely enjoyed. I know, I know, a few of these technically came out in 2004 - but I'm counting songs that were released as singles in 05. I really wanted to put Arcade Fire in my top 10, but felt like it would totally be cheating since my favorite song on the "Funeral" album came out in 04.

So listen and pick away at my poppy tastes in music and know that I stand by this list as firmly as a politician does his/her scruples. Hope you enjoy the list!
